Help
Was stuck in Norfolk on hols when had a sudden failure of the circuit that provides the taillights, front side lights and dashlight (just the backlight, not indicator lights). Main front light OK. RAC man and I looked hard for fault but no joy.... all fuses intact.... so wondered if the switch. Got home using trailer board powered from elsewhere as dark.\
Now home, have had another look. three wires from switch.... black, red and green. 12V supply to red and green when switch off and black seems to be earth or common lead. Put sidelights on and green goes to 0V and when mainbeam on red goes to 0V...... seems a strange way round by the way.
So I am assuming its a relay because if switch was faulty I would not get green going to 0V. Taken relay covers off and do not know which is which. Looked at wiring diagram and

.
Help and thanks
Clive

Just an update with photo of what I presume are the relays. Three are the same so may try changing round but which one is which? Where would I get a replacement if needed. Thanks guys.

try a light tap, that may make it work,do them one at once,to see which one it may be,then get the numbers on it and go from there.

Thanks
Have just swapped them and the one on the left with 6808 on it has corroded terminals (coolant spilt on it). Swapping one of the others fixes it

but cleaning the terminals does not fix it when you put the old one back.
Have googled the H270 and comes up with a Mazda part so can I get one from a Mazda dealer.... or even Halfords.... just going to try before closes?

in theory any 20 amp 4 pole rely should do the job.

I've got the same problem - no dash back light, no side lights or fog lights . Where can I find the relays pictured above?

The second one. But if the relay is the problem I may be in touch. Thanks for the info.

Found them, but there's only three on mine. How do I get the rubber sheaths off?
And how are the relays attached to the metal brackets?

the rubbers just slip off,but they are a good tight fit.then a small screwdriver to open the clips then lift off.
