You too, I hope to be there myself on Friday afternoon. Don't hog the whole field this time and save me a nice spot near you. My snoring is not that loud.

For the second time in as many months, we may well have to cry off meeting you lot.
Jane's mum is seriously ill, and everyone is at her bedside 24/7
Have a nice weekend, and hopefully meet you all soon.

Hi all
Well, we're here in Allithwaite. It's been a beautiful day, weather wise today. What a lovely position this community field is in. Just gone a bit on the cold side now that the sun has gone down almost. Not took any pics. just yet, I'm sure that there will be plenty posted when we all get back on Monday. I have already met a few forum members that I have previously spoken to on the forum but not actually met in the flesh!!!

Thanks to pixie and the moon for organising the meet, smashing site and views, very handy corner shop and charity shop and friendly pub nearby.
Chilled out days and funny nights in the marquee, including the deja view conversations.

Lost without my Bongo.
Re: Cartmel Race Weekend, 26th - 29th August
Brilliant weekend!
Big thanks to Jo for organising the meet.....AND WHAT A GEM OF A PLACE IT IS!
Great to see all the usual suspects, and nice to meet new friends....Chris,Jo`s other half ,and Debs and Dave (and pippin......4 legs, not our welsh one). Dave, hope youve recovered when you read this.
A bit blustery, but it didnt spoil the weekend,we had a laugh and experienced some deja vu moments as DBO said.
To those who stayed on,enjoy the rest of the meet, and I`m dreading to see those sneaky photos of Tomo "sorting me out" at the side if my Bongo......it really wasnt what it looked like
Heres my pics:-
For some reason, when Tomo parks up on level ground,he gets his levelers out and unlevels his Bongo ...must be a scouse thing
Dejavu time
The Cone
The coneheads
The next two are videos,i think you just click on them
