Bongo Fury

hi all,
we will be camping at the red kite feeding centre at gigrin farm,rhayader,powys,from saturday 21st august,until monday 30th august if anyone fancies making it a mini bongo meet?it`s £10 per night on non-electric and £12-£15 on hookup,depending on how many people in your party.the site is fairly basic,with no showers,but we go swimming at the leisure centre in town,daily,so it`s not an issue for us.the scenery is spectacular,and the red kites neer fail to take my breath away,even though we`ve been going there for around 10 years.

i will not book any pitches,but rather think that anyone who wishes to turn up can book direct with the campsite.
please pm me if you intend to come along.it`d be fun to have a few of us there.

I've been looking for somewhere to go around the Bank Holiday time but I'm not sure I can get the week off before. Added this to my wishlist.

I've just emailed to book 23, 24, 25 August we're going to have a day either side further north

We were gonna stay at Gigrin on our 1st bongo expedition but ended up a few miles from Abergwesyn.Wish we could come but we are off to Cae-du near Twyn on the 6th and will be coming home on the 11th Have fun all that are going...............beautiful part of Wales!!
