South Wales run.....

We used to do this in the VW club so why not with the Bongo! Everyone meets up on a Sunday morning on the seafront at Porthcawl, stands around and kicks some tyres, pokes around each others Bongo's and then all drive off together round Porthcawl. Then around lunchtime, head to a pub for a spot of lunch. On the face of it doesn’t sound that much fun, but surprisingly it is!
Anyone fancy doing this sometime?

Hi Dr.J, used to do something similar in the old days when i was in the MG Owners club bout 20 odd years ago now
, if work patterns permit i`d love to meet up with some local bongonauts, nice idea

V dub's have "Run to the sun", so why not have a Bongo's "Run to the rising sun"

They also have club 80's to 90's I think. We could have club bongo 90's to 03 (is that when the last ones were made)

OK sounds good - 1pm meet on the Eastern Promenade Road (that is the one by the funfair) Porthcawl. Its a good spot to meet as its a longish road, parking both sides and has the overflow car park right next to it.
All I need now is for work to leave me alone for 2 minutes!
