Hi all,

We've come up with what should be a great weekend, what we need now is plenty of folks to attend.

Where : Cabourne Parva farm, just outside Caistor, Lincs Post Code LN7 6DR

When : 23rd - 25th July 2010

What's on :

Fri night Peter and Jayne at the farm will supply a BBQ for all to bring their own food to share and can comlement this with potato's done in the eco oven. Real ale would be arranged.

Saturday / Sun :
An assault course in the woods and a bike track or hack.
A horse for some riding lessons (limited spaces for this).
A walk to the local pub....
General Bongo stuff......

Jayne is holding a workshop during the day (Sat) for conquering fear through hypnosis and this would be £10 instead of thirty which will be the price for anyone else. Light lunch will be provided and refreshments at break times for those attending.

Sat eve : An open fire "Hotlich" stew, with crusty bread, and potato's from the eco-oven, at a cost of £7 adults, £3.50 big kids, free for the young 'uns.
Live music should be on, the bar will have real ale, a glass deposit will be sorted out for paying for it.

Jayne has offered to do a full cooked breakfast with tea/coffee for £5, having someone else cook is the best hangover cure I know of!

Cost:

£20 per van for the weekend. (I can sort some 'lectric hook ups [max 10] - let me know when you book, please- a donation to the cost of running the genny appreciated)

Over to you, people........

If you PM me if you want to go, I'll send you the booking address and ask what you think you'll need ('leccy, Sat eve meal, breakfasts) so's I can get an idea of how much food jayne needs to get in). I'll take the £20 for the camping, we can sort any other costs out (BBQ, brekkies) on the weekend.

On the subject of leccy, we're going to run a 15kva genny, I think I can get 10 hook-ups from it, but we worked out it will use about £6 fuel/hr. How do those wanting hook-up want to work this? Shall we fire the genny up un the morn and eve for a few hours? Open to suggestions.

So final questions......... is the horse riding free or is there a charge?, (they dont need lessons as they are experienced riders), is the breakfast just for sunday or saturday as well? and what time? as we have tickets for party in the park which is on the 25th so need to get off early (ish), are Peter and Jayne doing the bbq or just supply it so we have to cook it ect?as this may be a bit hectic as there will be alot of people to cater for ect

But we are for deffos depending if the dogs are allowed [-o< 8)

Horses / cycling etc are free, The Hynotherapy workshop is the only "activity" we'll be laying on that there's a charge for.

I think Jayne is doing b'fast sat and sun, time tbc, but sure could send you off to the park with a full belly, Wayne!

Fri BBQ is cook your own food, there's a big Barbie in the "party shed", where the eco oven will have jacket spuds for you. No charge.
Sat night food is all cooked for you, that's the £7/head, £3.50 big kids, free for toddlers charge.

There's plenty of space at the farm, I'm going over with Mr & Mrs Monkey this weekend to sort out anything else we can do, Jayne does lots of different therapies (Reiki, massage, etc,) so there's even something to do if you need to relax!

Dogs no problem, provided you keep an eye on them.

There are three basic loos / washbasins. There's no washing up sink, and no showers, but seeing as I've the shower on my kitchen cube, any ladies requiring freshening up are most welcome

BTW, Jayne is happy to do breakfasts from 7am to 10am both days.
