Hi All, Seen lots of posts on here from people about their adventures so thought id share Ours:
Weve just returned from three weeks in Portugal, having toured around the Algarve, Northern portugal and the West Coast.
We took the ferry from Portsmuth to Bilbao (Not one for the faint Hearted as we encounterd Storm Force 10 winds and 15 Meter seas). then Drove through Spain into Portugal and had a great three weeks.
Daily temperatures of 26.c and bright sunshine coupled with Fine food, and cheap beer and wine are a great way of forgetting the winter weve just had.
Our Van is a Freeda (Unconverted) so we spent some time on Camp Sites but we did some wild camping to and to see the beeches on the west Coast alone were worth the trip.
We visted, Almeida, Silves Sao Bras, Old Faro, Armaco De Pera, Pego De Alte before slowly plodding home back through Spain and France. and Freddie Frreda did us proud just as he always does!
Along the way we met some fantastic people including some fellow Bongoliers and our Children have gobe back to school with all sprts of storys to tell.
Sadly as with all Holidays they have to come to and end but if anyone ever fancys doing it id be happy to tell you about the places we went, as I couldt speak higly enough of them!
If I can do it anyone can so be brave and go for it! Bon Voyage to everyone on your travels!!
Bon voyag
