electric wing mirrors

Hi all, just thought i'd post to let anyone who is having a nightmare with electric mirrors, i am officially an expert in disection. I know this has been posted before and there are some excellent step by step with pictures instructions, but i would like to offer any help through sharing my experiance. btw i now have a fully functional repaired wing mirror that has saved me a small fortune!!!!

Yes please, I'd love to hear how you did it. The information on doing this job is patchy. I did mine (broken shafts in the folding mechanism gearbox), thought I'd done a pretty good job, but they didn't last long. I'd have gone back and tried again but thanks to Waycar8 selling me his old ones I didn't need to

A dissection blow by blow to the last wire & screw in rhyme would help me learn da time spent on a repair to make da job neat if you buss it to a beat & Youtube wid some cuties in da background with a boobtube, maybe gangsta illustration to emphasize the point would stop me going outa sync where the mirror swings on da hingey motor thing while i's trying to pin da problem down would lift my frown, & a possibility of an integrated king-size roller automated stroller for my homies to relax & chill out for the mod stock gather round in the Mickey Dee drive thru. you could give us a clue??

was your the shaft problem, ive got two mirrors here with duff motors and would love to be able to find replacement motors to get them working again
