Bongo Fury

My heater seams to be acting rather strangely. But since I dont know how its mean to work I dont know if there is anything wrong or not.

There is the option of 18 degrees C to 32 degrees C on half degree increments.

however the heater only gives out 3 different temperatures; cold, mild and hot.

it is cold 18-19C
mild 19.5-31.5C
Hot 32C

So bassically to get any heat I have to have it right at the top.


the other weird thing is that if you press the OFF button,
the fan turns off, but the heat stays set at what ever it was before you pressed the button.

Is this normally they way they are suposed to act?

the other annoying thing is there is no way to close the vents, so there is always a draft whether you want on or not...

any ideas?

Sounds like it's working about right, I can't remember whether I get more temp control on manual or auto, but one definitely seems better than t'other. as for the draught try leaving it in recirc.
