Did you get hose clips from the Silicone Hose Store? Good quality hose clips are required with silicone hoses. When I fitted a silicone top hose from the engine on the driver's side to the steel pipe I had to retighten the clips a couple of times within a week of installation. It took tightening the screws more than I expected to stop it leaking.

For silicone hoses make sure the spigots are really clean and use constant pressure clamps
with rolled edges that won't damage the hoses.

Hope this helps

2 years later & I still get the odd weep, especially in the extreme cold, The constant pressure clamps work out quite expensive especially if you've done all 17 hoses - that's 34 clamps at somewhere between £3 & £5 each.

I remember my hose being too tight as a danced in The Royal Ballets interpretation of Romeo & Juliet.
They had somewhat shrunk during a quick wash between a matinee and an evening performance.
I still weep now remembering the ovation i had. =D>

Thank you darlings.

Betty.
