Parts/Camping Gear Auction?

Lots of peeps bought lots of 2nd hand bits at last year's bash (including most of the remainer of my van).

Just a thought but how about an auction this year?

Can be lots of fun as well as peeps getting rid of unwanted items and peeps buying what they didn't know they wanted...all at bargain(?) prices.

I'm willing to organise/set up & supervise viewing and act as auctioneer.

Deliver to auction room (tent) Saturday Morning
Viewing Saturday afternoon
Auction Sunday Morning

Reserves accepted
Sellers premium 5% to go to charity (Mountain Rescue?)

More details to follow if I get a positive response.

Offers of assistance appreciated if it goes ahead.

Excellent idea Harry! =D>

How about if all items are taken to main marquee for 12.30pm on Saturday, and viewing is until 3.30pm. (Marquee is required from 4pm for band set-up). Further viewing 9.30am to 10.15am on Sunday, in case people on coach excursion missed chance on Saturday. Auction can then take place 10.30am to noon on Sunday, immediately prior to AGM.

Don't be shy...I only bite noisy children.

Harry - I am going to see if I can book into the bash and then I will have plenty of camping stuff up for grabs as I am selling everything that I have (bongo included but not at the auction and not yet).
