AA techies

yep not a bad article......... I did similar write on here a month or so ago.....
It kind of answers why you never rely on the colour of the coolant in your Bongo...... rule of thumb.... if you need a top up and don't know what is in your system..... just use plain old water..
I use a G12+ myself..... they market it and manufacturers use it as a "lifetime" coolant......as you "never" change coolant....but we know that would not be the case unless you were to re plumb the Bongo system throughout and change radiators and Thermostat and Water pump.... but with No cooling system problems...... it's 5 years..... but for me ......should I have no issues.......... it's out at 3 years.....
I am preventative mechanics type of bloke...if a part is getting towards being worn out, I change it before it fails, not when it fails........

I use the basic blue ethylene glycol stuff with 2yr life, and then just add another year for luck before changing it :lol: :roll: :oops: 8)
