question about back box????

hi all just wondering if the back box on a V6 2.5 petrol are the same as diesel???????????

i have been offered a stainless back box so looks like i now am goin to powerflow for a 5" jap style back box to be made up

I went for the full exhaust Carl,full stainless system for £250 supply only,but very easy to fit!
