Hi everybody,

Bought my Bongo Tintop a couple of weeks ago :D and slowly getting bits and pieces done. Cambelt done and now I want to do all the filters and dont want to use, shall we say, inferior products. So would be interested in anyones input on the quality of the oil and fuel filters from JAS as opposed to The Bongo Shop as there is some considerable difference in price. Was thinking of using a K&N air filter, are they that much better to justify the price?

By the way, brilliant forum, so helpful and at the moment am spending hours going through all the old posts picking up knowledge from you guys =D> .

Welcome fanx_ta_ra. Bongobits might be cheaper and should be reliable on quality. One or two others recommended on here so have a search for names like JapAutospares, AVA, 'Jap' etc. and see what people have said 8)

I'd recommend the K&N any day...... there are part numbers if you search the threads for K&N you should get the links for the Diesel one and the V6/2.0 one
