Thanks - Sandra - Hants

you have not bleed it right/fully im afraid

or the heater matrix has become blocked

but more likley needs more bleeding

and running long enough to open the stat

Find the feed and return to the heater and see if these are warm to the touch, if so then make sure the actuating rods on the side of the heater from the drivers footwell are actually moving and opening the flap in the heater for hot air. If cold pipes then bleeding or flushing heater matrix needed, or possibly replace matrix if no success.

FAQ here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 43&t=28727 that should help locate the flap linkages, I'd check that first before panicking too much. It'll also show you where to find the pipes to the front heater so you can see if they're getting hot. There have been a few heater matrix blockages recently, don't drive it until it's sorted just in case it's a blockage, you can always bypass it by connecting the inlet & outlet hose together as a short term fix/check.
