split charger?

sorry if this is really old hat but after asking about this before Rita gave me this link

Now this seems a perfect low cost option for me as i can get everything from work free ( bar the VSR) which is only £8.50. I now have a willington battery tray from ebygum ( thanks chris) and i also know the willington split charger is an excellent bit of kit. Now, if i had spare cash i would just buy the willington, but im skint, no possiblity of Overtime and on a 4 day week so this looks a good project for me.
Question is this. Has anyone done this, is it a good job and any faults or changes/mods i should be aware of?
Also as the willington comes with all the gizmos and instructions for wiring up the internal lights et al, can it be done with this device and can anyone give me instructions on how to do that?

I must say I did look at the DIY option but as I am ok with lectrical but not brilliant.......I weighed up parts cost....not an issue for you....and after seeing the willinton........ I saved up, paid the dosh and fitted it in around an hour inc the tray.....

Works fine on this end and on my mates computer? cant understand that one.
Can you copy/paste it to your task bar and have a wee look?

The whole link should be blue, not just the first bit. All I get is a message saying "ERROR 404: No such instructable."

Read the thread on this and it seems the VSR should be a bit heavier than the 30a one stated here. Thats no problem they are only a few quid dearer. I have already got the wire and inline fuses made for me at work to suit the heavier relay and a battery earth lead so just the relay to buy and Roberts your Dads brother.
So with this in now on the go, can anyone tell me how to go about getting the interior lights ect to run from the LB? I know the willington kit does this with a trick or two at the fuse box, but can anyone tell me how to do it using this vsr?
laymans terms please.

The Willinton has a small fuse box from the LB, dedicated to patch into the fuse box......mounted on a superb bracket..... not techie enough in lectrical bits to describe any better than that...
