Is there a recommended coolant for V6?

or will any coolant do?

had a quick search on the site without success. None mentioned in my owners manual. Only says to refer to Mazda.

Hello there, just had a recent flush and refill on our V6, used Halfords 2 year anti-freeze/coolant [ethylene glycol] 50/50 mix :D £17.99 for 5lts

Or there's Comma Extralife green - good for 3 years, as long as system is fully flushed out first. Also ethylene glycol based.
