Immobilisers

Have been reading about members who have fitted immobilisers to their Bongos but there are some who seem to have vehicles with them already fitted. Does anyone know if a 2003 , 2l petrol Aero version has an immobiliser fitted as standard or will I have to get one fitted? (I haven't got my Bongo yet - 2 months or so to go - being converted at present
