Are you looking at the undercover tray?
If so, the settings are:
78-104N.m
7.9-10.7kg.fm

Have trawled through the manual but I can't find the sump bolts that you are looking for - Sorry.

Haven't the manual handy but it certainly won't be 25 nm! more like 12 - you're only sealing a cork gasket!...........sorry didn't mean to offend a man from kildare 8)

i guess i buggered it up breaking one of the bolts but i took it off again cleaned it down and lashed on the gasket goo and put the rest of the bolts back and drove around kildare for an hour and its ok so far 17 out of 18 bolts and holding so far i wont claim to be any way confident ill probably be looking under the van in my sleep as the bolt broke of in its designated hole, driving to dawlish(thats the plan anyway) at the end of the month so ill be driving and praying, any information on said situation will be appreciated in the meantime.

naaa nuuu naaa nuuu....................

Don't want to put a downer on things bur be careful with lashings of gasket goo - if it gets into the gearbox valve block you're in for loads of sh1t!

still so far so good and i concentrated the goo to the outer edge of the mating surface, i didnt know til i read dandys post, but i kind of thought gasket goo floating round with the atf might not be to healthy, meantime ill join the AA(automobiles anonymous) as the thought of another day on my back(pardon me) under the bongster is not appealing to me just now, and any thoughts on the 17 versus 18 bolt issue?

many thanks

Shouldn't be a huge issue IMO, it may be possible to remove it by carefuly drilling & using a stud extractor or drill it out & helicoil, be very careful not to get any swarf in the 'box though.
Can't remember if there's a flange or lip on the bottom of the @box but what about sticking a C clamp over it if you're concerned, something like this - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mudflap-Mud-Flap- ... dZViewItem
