Hi all

I am just looking to bid for a 'haynes' type manual for my Ford SGL3 Freda, 1995, 2.5TD.
There is one on ebay at the moment, second hand, which says ' MAZDA Bongo Friendee Service Manual WL-T'....will this do for my van ???

I haven't seen one myself, never felt the need as yet with all the info on the factsheets & forum, I'm not sure that it's going to be like a Haynes manual, more like a proper mechanics workshop manual I think.

Oliver, watch how much you end up paying for it as it is available from the Club Shop for £60 to non-members (and less to club members). That price includes p&p I believe.

It is absolutely NOTHING like a Haynes Manual. Not an oily digit in sight. In fact, although it's been beautifully translated from Japanese to English, I now need it translated from English to Idiot!!! Kirsty, would you be up for the job - you understand these things so well, yet you are also able to speak a language I understand

I've still not actually seen one, bring it to Looe & I'll have a look  I see the ebay one went for £47.50

Will do! It probably won't help you sleep, though (it would me  ).

I was given it as a present by my dear husband. Some women get flowers and chocolates, others get spa treatments and I get a workshop manual which I don't understand. The biggest irony of all is that he keeps all the tools in the boot of his car and he's usually at work with said car  All I'm left with is the carpentry tools and Isaac's plastic adjustable spanner. So, do I ask him for a socket set or a manicure and a tub of Swarfega for Christmas
