Bongo Fury

how easy is it to underseal my bongo, Id like to do it myself to save costs.

anyone give me some tips? or recommend some good products

Use Waxoil. Heat it up. Prepare for an almighty mess.

Its ideal temperatures at the moment to do waxoyling. It is very messy but if you take your time and do it carefully you can be sure that the jobs done well. When I did mine I had the advantage that the vehicle had just come into the country and the underneath was like new.
I used the 5 litre can of waxoyl and the hand sprayer. I have found this to be a lot better than the pump up type.
Make sure you are wearing clothing or overalls that you can just dispose of when you have finished, and if you are doing it on your driveway make sure its covered. I just drove the Bongo onto a big tarp and used drive on ramps to get working room. Remove the undertray and all the wheel arch liners, spare wheel and spray away. Do all the visible underbody areas first then when it comes time to use the extension probe inside the box sections thin the wayoyl well with white spirit. I thinned it down to nearly 50/50 and it was about right. Although I didn't do this it could be a good idea to remove the trinket trays in the rear of the vehicle where (so I read in a previous post) you can get access to the insides of the wheel arches with the probe.
It will smell for a couple of weeks after you have done it so make sure you dont have to sleep in it for this time.
