Greetings you lovely Bongo people out there,............. can anyone help with the following please..............

We have an original factory fitted conversion unit in our Billy-Bongo that consists of a sink (with extending shower attachemnet), single gas ring and electric (picnic box type) fridge. (Oh, and electrice extractor fan above,.... how unecessary is that).

It has 6 green switches on it and one red button (that we cant work out if it should be pushed in or out).

The electrics only seem to work after the engine has been running for a while but not for long after the engine is switched off.

It may simply be that the leisure battery has had its chips.

Does anyone know a good establishment in Worcestershire to have this checked out / get a new battery?? :(

definitely sounds like the LB is goosed, any decent battery supplier should be able to drop test it, but sounds like that's not necessary from your description, not sure what size or capacity is fitted on the cube, but I'm sure a search will reveal such info if you can't wait for someone to come along with the answer - not sure if it's on a factsheet?

There is a fact sheet that has a translation of the manual:

Also some info on converting the mains from 110v to 240v:

Chances are any battery that is 10+ years old is going to be well past it's prime. Any decent auto electrician should be able to fit an alternative one for you, even if it's not an exact match.
