How can I take this pipe off?

Trying to strip my cylinder head and fit a new one. Everything is off except this 1 pipe?
Image below: (hopefully)
Its the one which turns into 3 pipes
The new head came with a replacement pipe but the one supplied only splits to 2 pipes.
Would you normally remove the one from the old head, or buy a new one?
Cheers
Jon

use a slide hammer on it but i would recommend using a new one about £30 but will prevent any annoying leaks from reusing the old one.
i reused mine but always had a very small leak from it so i replaced it with a new one no leaks at all.

Thankyou....extra question...
How do you fit the new one...just slide it in? or put any glue in with it?
