SMART autobody repairs

Has anynone used one of these mobile franchises (e.g Chipsaway, Autodent etc) to repair minor paint damage to their Bongo or other vehicle? I scuffed a guys bumper the other night and it would help him if the repair didn't involve the car being away y for any time in a paintshop.
I gather from the adverts in yellow pages and the web that the job can be done at home or work and presumably the car can be driven shortly afterwards ....................................
Any comments or experiences welcome.

Hi Croz,
I used them on my Jeep about 5 or 6 years ago when my wheel arch was scuffed by a big foreign lorry on a roundabout in Essex. Starting to fade a bit now so the repair is now slightly noticeable. Pity you did not chance to have a look at it when you popped into my place on your walk. The job was done outside my house with mobile equipment including a heater to make the paint dry quickly.

PM Mr & Mrs Dago - they were very pleased with this kind of service when their Bongo hit a chicken (or something like that

)

Hi croz, i used chipsaway when we had a scuff on our rear bumper of our kia, the guy came to my place of work,gave me a quote [a tad expensive i thought]

but did the job outside our home a few days later, the weather was a bit crap that day but he did a lovely job and it still looks good 3 years later

. Personally i would let them do work for me again so would recommend them

.Nice guy too.
