Which diesel heater?

Hi folks
Y'all were very kind and helpful to me when I started a long thread about what campervan to choose, and I finally ended up with a Toyota Hiace. It has now arrived from Japan, and one of the issues I'm looking at is heating. AFAIK, the van currently only has a mains-hookup electric heater, which won't be much use for wild-camping, so I'm looking at a diesel heater.
AFAICS, I just need something fairly small with a single outlet into the cabin, and there seems to be two brands to choose from -- Webasto and Eberspächer. Both of them seem to make broadly similar diesel air heaters, but I'm not sure how to choose between them. (I did find this thread, but it mostly seemed to be about installation rather than about which to choose)
I think it's probably a good idea to look for something with low electrical consumption (to avoid flattening my leisure battery), but is there anything else to look out for? Is either brand a better choice than the other, and are there other makers to look at?
Any suggestions on how to choose would be very welcome.
BTW, I'm conscious that I may be overstaying my welcome by asking a techie question about a Hiace rather than a Bongo, but I reckoned that so long as I stay off installation issues, the choice of heater was probably much the same as on a Bongo. However, if asking here is out-of-order, please accept my apologies, and delete this post.
Thanks!
