Replacing missing spigot rings

My Bongo just passed its MOT with flying colours,

but had to have new front brake pads. It stops fine, always did, but now has a vibration at 65+ mph.

I had the front wheels balanced today which helped, but some of the problem remains as apparently the MOT place did not replace the spigot rings. I did go back there but they just looked puzzled.
How do I tell what size I need and where can I get them from in the South? Wheelquick is too far north for me.
I have 17" alloys in a granite finish. They came with the Bongo from Japan and are unmarked.

Never seen a similar set on any other Bongo.
If this matters at all, it is a V6 with LSD.
Thanks in advance
Terrier

Why did the MOT place remove the wheels?
That isn't allowed as part of the MOT - visual inspection only.

They removed the front wheels to replace the front brake pads. That was done perfectly competently. But the spigot rings obviously foxed them.
It was a little local garage I have used for MOT and simple jobs for years. I normaly dont let them near the Bongo. It goes to Discount Trucks, but this time I thought the MOt was due later and had to get it done in a hurry.

In that case it's their job to find and/or replace them.
Without them the vehicle is strictly speaking unroadworthy.

Don't drive it without spigot rings, the studs will be taking the full weight of the Bongo, rather than the lip of the hub.
Tell your friendly garage to find or replace the lost spigot rings
Another alternative is they buy you a new set of Alloys with the correct bore size.
Ian at Market Drayton fits mitsubishi alloys, correct size for the Bongo.

Unfortunately its a one man and a dog type operation. Dont think I wil get any further with them plus I would not fancy their attempt to rectify the problem. Coca cola bottle cap rings anyone?
Original rings were either broken or discarded, so the best thing to do is just to replace them. Also I have a nearly new set of low profile tyres so do not want to waste them for 20 quids worth of plastic.
Some you loose and some you win. At least I didnt take ot to a certain local chain who would have probably lost the wheels and fitted the wrong brake pads.

You need spigot rings to fit the internal bore of your wheel, which you need to measure, thats the outside diameter, and the hub or inside diameter is 67mm.
You can get some, once you know the size, from ebay, just search spigot rings.
Or Discount trucks may have some maybe ?
