Bongo Fury

can anyone tell me how much fluid the 2.5 auto gearbox takes please

There have been a few differing opinions on the amount of ATF required. Personally, I used about 4 litres, but I know another member used 6. He had a newer van & the filter arrangement was different, so we concluded there were two types of 'box available. The fluid does go all the way to the radiator at the front, so you may find that if the front on the van is on ramps, that more will drain out. Get a 5 litre bottle from a motor factor (approx £18) & if necessary buy 1 litre bottle as a contingency. You can always take it back if you don't need it.
