No idea but since you are based in Lancashire you could go round to Wheelquick Garage in Wigan. There either of the two Mikes (father and son) may be able to give you a few pointers on how to do the job or even do it for you. They have a reputation of being a bongo garage par excellent.

Hi there,
How/ where did you get a roof tent from? I am looking at one at ebay and wondered what a reasonable price is for new(?) or second hand....
cheers,
H

Very expensive I believe were you to try and get one new (700 pounds or more). Not sure that demand for replacements is that high though so you'd hope it wouldn't be too much for an imperfect 2nd hand one. The fly netting is what most often gets damaged and/or deteriorates over the years and the ebay one may have this problem so check (people often just remove old/damaged netting and make do without). What's wrong with your old tent out of interest?

So - sorry, can't really advise you on price. But if you need one badly then I'd pitch to win, otherwise just have a punt 8)

In case you still need the info, Allan removed one, took photos and put the instructions on his website (Allans Vehicle Services).

Hi,
was considering new tent if it was easier than fixing existing tent: I ripped the side of the mosquito netting when I was showing the roof tent of to a friend who is interested in getting a bongo too... I parked my bum into the netting which it really didn't like. I think I am going to try and fix the netting as taking the hole tent out seems more complicated and I am scared of taking it all apart and won't be able to put it back together again.
Thanks for the link!
