thanks for tips on cigarette lighter,the rear heating /cool air system does not work.never has since i had van,any ideas please.Alan

you know about the switch to the right of the steering wheel to turn it on ?

But if it's the digital system there isn't one.
It's in the front control unit instead (bottom RH button IIRC).

I suspected that but mine is manual so was not sure
