195/70 r15 92h front
is this standard. my bongo is 4x4 aft if that makes a difference.

Documented fully on the forum & in the factsheets, it's normal, not sure if they're the right sizes, a search will reveal all

It should also be shown on a plate stuck inside the driver's door opening.

Depends what you want, a few of us, (me) lol have been using 215's all round, at least I have for the last five years with no probs. If you do just remember that your speedo will show about 5mph faster thna you are doing, I have not altered the thing as it helps with speed cameras, lol.

It may encourage oversteer, so don't go racing around corners

I believe others have found that the handling wasn't as good as it should be, but I'm not sure

The sizes on above post is as recommended in the handbook, to be used with 15x6jj wheels. However I am sure someone with more experience in other tyres will be along to help. sorry I can't be of more assistance.
