Been to this for the last 2 years and well worth it!

Dont thing there's anything specifically at Silverstone but there are a few sites dotted about.

Bit pricey but its in walking distance of the track - looking at staying there myself. Guess the camping cost if ofset by the free tickets

Whittlebury has it's own direct access to the track near Copse Corner

The campsite is the area south of the wooded area between the Golf Course and the track.
Some of the car parks are further from the track than that.

Just booked the Saturday night at Whittlebury - £26 (£25 advance booking from Sat-Mon plus £1 card fee )

Well done, Dave Do I see a 'Thames Valley ' meet coming on ? If I can get my pooch sorted for Sunday, we will join you, but the campsite is No dogs! so can't make Saturday. Will see if I can park in campsite first. Ordered some tickets anyway. Sounds like a great day! If I remember right, Silverstone has quite a lot in eaterys and child amusement too!

I've been for the last couple of years and it's been great. Lots to see and do. Freebies. Access to the grandstands to watch the racing. Free funfair for the kids. Access to the Paddocks to see the cars being prepared, track girls ... lol

Lots of free parking around the track and I found getting there and in a doddle - was arriving mid morning.

Well worth it and at my favorite price - free!

We've been every year since it was first held at Donington.

It was going to the one at Donington in 2007 we found the Bongo - saw it For Sale on the roadside near Hinckley.

Could well be a few more Northerners coming down for this one,good call !!!

yes ordered the tickets today for me and bigdaddycain ,looks like a mini meet is going to appear at somewhere near silverstone.
