Well guys..... The radiator I paid an extra delivery fee for a Saturday delivery didn't arrive... - great British customer service strikes again....
so I won't be with you......
Hope you had a good time, mind you I did run up the Bongo......still no low coolant beep......so not a bad leak...a weep thats all and not much has leaked as I have not topped up the system either......
I took some pics of the offending weep instead of changing the rad.....think I might take some pics so the fact sheet can be updated...

Called in for a flying visit on the way home from Oxford tonight to drop off some spare tickets we can't use and met a load of tomato impersonators sat around in a circle drinking - I have never seen so many red faces since the hypnotist made the whole audience in the Palladium act out their "most embarrassing moment".
I must also be the first member who has turned up at a meet and found his Bongo had beaten him there by 3 hours - the Kiwis who are borrowing my Bongo for a month had just turned up on the off chance and managed to get a spot right next to the others...........
It certainly looked like a jolly good time was being had by all.

Just got back from Silverstone ( home early due to work commitments) what a smashing weekend.
Big thanks to everyone who was there , new faces and old friends.
Extra big thanks to Muz for the food Saturday night.fantastic.
thanks to Woodenwheel STE and LYNN for the loan of the cutlery (forgot mine) and Francophile JOHN for the loan of a hat (erm forgot that as well).
It was hot and noisy, the noise i suppose was expected due to the racing, (apart from the bunch of lads who decided to run through the bongo campsite naked and jumping into the lake. )
The weather was a bit toooooo hot for my liking ,look like a boiled lobster now, all pink .
MUZ AND MRS MUZ
Honest i was looking at the cars , not the pompom dancing girls.
Hotpot( Anne) and Snowkiter (Pete) looking a bit tyred.
Muz (Paul) cooking the Saturday evening meal.
Hiding behind the famous Muz food feast
And finally a who is this photo, (any one a Silverstone is not allowed to guess) Someone said the STIG, John (FRANCO) said more like STIG OF THE DUMP.

Things always get better after they are worse
So it's good to make things worse as soon as possible!

Re: Renault World Series 2009 - Silverstone 4/5 July
hi all,
we got back at around 3pm,and have just about finished packing away the camping gear.
we had a fairly uneventful run back home, except for manda and andy(bulwell bongoleers)having a minor issue with their temperature alarm going off.all seemed well after a check over and we all got home safely in the end.
it was lovely to meet old friends, and put some new faces to names too.my apologies for not getting around to saying hello to everyone new,but i had a touch of sunstroke on saturday and went to bed at around 8-30pm.i`ve never felt so rough we opened a nice bottle of wine but i left mine untouched, which is unheard of for me
all in all we had a great time and even the weather was kind.the kids had a great time running around the camping field.shame about the smelly toilets though.
many thanks for arranging this.we look foward to the next one.

Re: Renault World Series 2009 - Silverstone 4/5 July
can only copy what everyone else has said really, spur of the moment for us to come but well worth it, a very enjoyable meeting with weather to boot, i also had a bit of sunstroke on saturday night so had to give it up at 11.30pm.
there was quite a few lobsters this weekend.
very annoyed that we forgot to pack the camera but im sure there will be next year to take some. thanks to paul and alison for the spamella, much better than the ham sandwitches we were gonna have.
see you all soon hopefully
ps for di and jamie patrick Kielty
