when you say wont lock into place?, does this mean the beeps carry on?

have you tried cleaning the contacts on the aft?, you will be able to see them when the roof is raised.

Have you tried to manually pushing the roof from the inside when its raised?, this works in most cases when the motors are a bit worn.

Hi

pointing slightly down hill the light push doesn't stop the beeping, pointing slightly up hill lifting the 'floor' and a light press seems to work. I wondered if it may be low on fluid?

I haven't cleaned any contacts, where would i see them?

cheers

Etienne

when the roof is up, look at the back near the motors 1 either side you cant miss em, one might even be loose

Try cleaning & lubricating all the rams, runners & moving bits with silicon grease. Also try it with the tent bit unzipped, if it hasn't been used much the stiffness of the fabric can hold it back a bit.

Quite a common problem this and the advice above might well cure it - it did with mine, about 2yrs ago and it never returned!
