Hearing a loud thunk from the rear of my Bongo

Even when driving on a flat road. Any ideas what could be causing this? At a guess it could be the suspension, but how would you check it to find out if it needs replacing?

Shuffle underneath on your back, you shouldn't need to jack it up, and look for anything obvious. A common failure is a sheared rear ARB brackets. There's one on either side.
