Hello, new member here so please go easy on me

. Just purchased my first bongo with intent to upgrade parts slowly over time.
Took my Alpine IDA-X100 out of my old Clio to put into the bongo as I bought it without a stereo. So I have purchased the pC2-10-4 adaptor plugged it all in and... nothing. What do you think could be up the wires all seem fine and look like they haven't been tampered with a stereo had only recently been removed form the bongo before I bought it.
Here is a picture if it helps
Thanks in advance I'm sure I will ask some more newbie type questions.
Also just incase it's a fuse could you tell me which one is for the stereo, thanks.

Welcome to the madhouse

If you put your location in your profile, somebody local may be able to help.
It looks as if your wiring has been hacked around a bit, with all those pink things on it
Details of all fuses are in the factsheet in the Member's Area.
It should be a straightforward job, if you've bought one of these

Location added. Thanks for the info I will try and have a fiddle around. Joined the members area today so hopefully can log in soon. Should the earth be connected to anything? as in other cars I have just plugged the correct cables in the correct holes and usually got it working.

Back to the original, when you say "nothing" do you mean no power to the radio, or nothing coming out of the speakers ?
If no power then;
The fuses are number 1 for the un-switched power (retains memory settings) and fuse 8 for the switched power from the Ancillary switch.
You won't need the band-expander in place either (small silver box), unplug the aerial from the expander box and fit it directly to the radio- that's only needed if using the old Japanese radio. In fact its best to remove it altogether, by disconnecting the power wires as well.
You have connected the Black earth connector as well haven't you to the separate tag or wire from the radio, if not see if there is suitable tag on the back panel of the radio itself ?
If its no audio then make sure you have actually got some speakers fitted in the vehicle I seem to emember that some people have reported that they have been removed on occasions!!

Thank you all for the info. I will take a look at fuses and wiring tomorrow after work. The "nothing" is no power to the unit what so ever
