I think that would be a tough one Rob - if it was tight enough to shear then its doubtful an eazyout woud get it out.
Eazyouts are fine when the head of a stud has sheared and the head was bolting something down (the torque on the bolt has then gone when it shears and the stub isn't often hard to remove) but the glowplug is just tight in the head - I'd give it a go, don't get me wrong, but I'd guess you'd be looking at removing the head and drilling the stub out.

Phewww! managed to get plug out by driilling and using extractor new plugs in and starts fine now. Only thing is i have now broke something else. Had to take the bit of with all the vacuum bits on to get to plug to drill it . A lot of the flexible pipes had gone solid with heat/age. From the air filter intake tube there is a one way valve type thing on which i have broken the connecting pipe. Does anyone know what this is for and where can i get a replacement valve/diaphram.
Thanks
Al & Chris

Hi Al & Chris.
Good to hear the plug is out.
Have a look at this link
http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... Atr.html#6, which gives schematic drawings of the various units around the engine (petrol &/or diesel)
Then once you have identified the damaged part, copy the link & email to someone like BongoBits (see Bongo Fury Home or Adverts page) - they should be able to find a 'pre-enjoyed' one for you at a reasonable cost
They have always come up trumps for me
Best of luck
Paul

If its a one way valve about the size of a motorbike fuel filter then there's a bodge repair that I did on mine:
http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... med#p80452
I reamed out the bits and put a piece of Biro refill in to repair it.
Might work!
