Hi Stan,the horn/horns are part of the MOT.The Bongo has normaly two horns High and Low.check for voltage at the horn when the push button is activated.
Ps the volume of the horn/s are also part of the test.

You have to remove the nearside headlamp to get to the horn.

It normally has just one horn.

I think my "95" has just the one, but i can't remember which side

#2 must have arrived with the facelift - mine is '98 "R" and has (had) just one on the drivers side.
