Search ebay for 'Bongo pliers'. Sorry - couldn't resist it! Can't think what sensible advice to give except try this and try that. Ultimately, drill a small hole in the middle and screw in a self tapper so you can pull on it.

WD40

only use the none flammable type on a lighter.

disconnect the termnials behind & see if you can remove the whole assembly, i think it's 2 squeeze in type clips behind the panel that hold it in, so it may not work with the lighter stuck in. can you rotate the lighter in the socket?, if the socket turns with it grip it from behind, it may free it up.

Front or rear , Front is a pain, can't imagine it with the lighter stuck in

I hate fiddley things, i do fiddley at work

Take it out by pushing, pinching and twisting from behind

then bin it and put an after market one in, cost me £4 i think, not orig but works and doesn't blow the fuse when i need to use it

mine got stuck once and it kinda, kept blowing the fuse after, don't think it was even orig lighter to socket if ya get me

My back one is goin on the list on the basis it likes to work when it feels like it

and i can have one i can find in the dark

reckon mine was owned by a smoker prev
