Location of Electric blind switches

Hi all,

The new Bongo looks to have electric blinds, but i can't locate the operating switch/s. :?

I understand the wiring loom could go to the blanked off switch bank to the left of the steering wheel - where is the rear location for the switches (manual has drawings, but I can't locate them).

Is it possible that the blinds are fitted, but there's no switches? :?

Thanks, S.D.

Theres also the front contol switches to the lower left of the steering column

If they're not there, it sounds like yours are manual.

Mine has two sets of switches for the blinds. Front ones are in the bottom panel on the left, by the ciggie lighter. This is below the other panel of blanked off switches. :?:

The second sets are by each window. Below three windows and set into the plastic side panels with the fourth above the sliding door. Gives bored passengers some entertainment.

This a 95 V6.

Regards

Mary

Thanks all,

Was looking in the dark - got a torch on the job - the blinds are manual  , (the ones I'd looked at had retracted up into the top too far, a bit of poking about sorted it!)

Two years without a Bongo was two years too long - can't wait to get it registered!

If you look really carefully at the grey plastic trim above the sliding door, you can just make out the cut-out impression where the switch for that particular blind would live.
