Is this too much

The Bongo is about to have its next full service and MOT and I like to have an idea about how problems could be solved even if I can't do it myself.
Is this too fast?
What can be done?

I'm confused now - why would you want to bring it down when it's normal

What is normal - - 500 or 750 rpm? 750 sounds not very nice.

Whatdyamean 750 sounds not very nice? As in "seven hundred and fifty", or the akshual sound the engine makes?
If the latter, then get you engine fixed
(750 rpm is good.)

When you go into 'Drive' or 'Reverse', the car should just want to slightly creep forward (or backwards...), but should be easy to hold with the foot or hand brake.

The first line on the tachometer is 500 rpm, the second 750 and then "10" which is 1000 rpm.
After that the lines go up in increments of 250 rpm.
Personally I find 750 rpm in neutral a tad too low.
