hi y'all,
my van has been off the road as i have not been been allowed to drive. the battery was flat and i recharged the battery but the alarms are screwed up. they dont respond to the fob and seem set in the permently on mode. i never fitted the system as it was on the van when i bought it. any suggestions?
cheers

Been wondering where you guys have been. Hope you are (now?) well and good to hear from you.
Can't think what you should do except I presume you can open the vehicle with a key? Can you then disconnect the alarm so the ignition system will work normally? If not, would a call to RoosterUK be worthwhile?

hi y'all
i am back on my feet after a mini stroke and back at work. the alarms i dont know anything about as they where already fitted when i got the van. they do have a central locking link and the red light flashs on and off. i cant go very far in the van as the alarms go off whilst driving. maybe i will contact rooster but i will need a home visit.
cheers all
alex and jan.

There is a way to disconnect the alarm but it will deactivate your remote CL..
I won't broadcast it on an open forum, if you need a quick temporary solution (this could possibly reset the alarm) PM me..
I have a similar set up & have been experiencing problems too after a dodgy battery.. Which i replaced!
