Post by ncmcdonald » Thu Aug 14, 2008 2:01 pm

I want to wire an additional cig lighter socket in the glovebox would somthing like http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... =p3907.m29 connected to my leisure battery do the job. I guess you would put a fuse in the positive cable though.

Thanks

It would work, but personaly I would hard wire rather than rely on croc clips, and definitely a fuse in the pos line. I'd prefer the socket end fixed too, these can be had from any car accessory shop.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

Get a 3way wired direct to the LB with a fuse in line, you're bound to want more gadgets
