rear windscreen wiper!!!

for some reason my rear windscreen wiper has suddenly packed up...the water still squirts but no movement in the wiper itself..can anyone suggest a posssible cause for this or even a solution.....thank you :?

i did write a factsheet about this in the members section, thats assuming you have checked the fuse.

fuse number 13 ,10 amp rear wiper and washers, (side of steering column)
only problem is if you have water then it may not be the fuse thats gone because it controls both. but worth checking anyway.

i have exactly the same issue with mine,water but no wipe :lol:
when i finally get five ill be following factsheet advive and check the wiring..most likely cause :roll:

try the white connector block in the steering column cover...

without removing mine again i think its the one under the wiper arm,have a fiddle and if you have no luck ill take mine off on the weekend and take a piccy for you,good luck amigo,any probs give me a shout...

gonna check mine out this weekend too as i haven't had time already and see what we can find...i hope it's the block and not something else electric wise...can't handle anymore problems with my bongo :( .....cheers

When mine stopped, fuse OK, problem was a broken wire by the back door, where the loom goes into the door. The garage fixed it when it was serviced.
