What does this label mean

Hi I have this label stuck inside my drivers inside door piller it reads 078.280km 083km The writing is in Japanese.
Any information would be helpful.

Service interval reminders are often stuck there,is there a date accompanying it?

Does not have date,its a black plastic label with white writing.Thanks for your welcome.
