Bongo Fury

10.15 pm.. Band in the BIG tent going well...Field bursting with Bongos. weather very good....very well organised....lots of people (bongo police) working very hard so we can enjoy........Rooster & DBO have worked their socks off fitting all sorts of electricals.......Bloody Good....I'm well impressed.

here here..... very impressed with the amount of work that has gone into it.... and Karl and Daves efforts too...... looking forward to tomorrow, and putting more faces to names.... but time to get kids into bed.... night!

john will have a mooch in the morning and try and find you...only arrived 8.30 ish tonight like to say a big thankyou and apology at the same time for shanghaing wishidhadabongo into helping me pitch my tent thanks mate i bet you wished you never said hello

We made it and the Pendle crew are all pinked up. Lovely weather it's tropical here
Had a great nite last nite and the rain isn't gonna stop us. Good of DBO to provide some nice LEDs to guide your way back from the 'facilities' after a bevvy or two!

I have just turned round and headed back home...

it's raining so hard the wipers couldn't clear the screen, the M6 is at a crawl because of the amount of spray...It'd be time to set back off for home by the time i'd got there

Just got home, a very nice day out indeed, I met some smashin folk and made a point of seeing others in the flesh, put a face to a name as you might say. Its a shame the weather put off some not so hardy travellers but a good time is being had by all who turned up and don't mind a bit of mud, well done the organisers.

Hi Sue, glad you had a great time, wish i could have attended this year, as i was so looking forward to meeting up with you... I,m sure that dbo,flippa,dabs,hotpot,J the S,max,rooster,haydn,kirsty,harry,ybb, and everyone else will tell me what a smashing bloke...sorry... lady you are.

I'm gutted mate It's probably just as well i turned back, as i had to be in work for 5PM anyway, it was an ambitious plan really to try to squeeze in a day visit on such a tight schedule....
