A "glow plug" has snapped off in head of our Bongo?
are there any people/garages recommended to help in the Cornwall area?

Cornwall's a big place. If you put your location (amend your profile) someone will point you to your nearest Bongo friendly garage.

Have Bongo will travel!!!!!
but near Indian Queens on the A30 ish!

The best garage i know of there is in plymouth Allans,also he is on this forum, called allans or doone.
