Tyre Pressures

Can anyone please suggest tyre pressures for the 225/50 R17 fronts, and 245/45 R17 rears on my new alloys. Have set them all at 32psi as a starting point but would be interested to hear what others use.

I have similar rims to yours and was advised to run 32 if unloaded and 34 if loaded and the seem to be wearing evenly.

I found those pressures too low - I now run 40 all round.

My rear tyres are showing signs of over inflation at 40psi, yet at something like 34 they look flat
( but only on the bottom
)

I often wondered if painting a stripe across a tyre with some left over emulsion and letting it dry, take for a quick spin and see what has worn off, would work???????

Cant help with the pressures, but can I ask were, and how much you paid for your tyres.
