Have stayed at Bryn Gloch....nice site.On site shop,tv room, games room etc

Just down the road is a cracking little pub,an old small guage railway station and station masters house.Extensive range of good meals, sell real ale and is dog friendly.Large garden with tables outside and a big car park. Worth a visit:-
Snowdonia Park Freehouse and Brewpub,Waunfawr,LL55 4AQ.

See ya there

The site at the brew pub was our dirst choice, but they have limited facilities, and could not take more than 10 vans at a time.

No comparison with the sites Ian,you`ve picked the better of the two by far,Brewpub is less
commercialised so cosier i suppose.

good idea harry - we are planning on doing the welsh holiday from Winsford - unfortunately our dog sitter is going off on a cruise the second week in october which messes up going to the welsh bash - i think - watch this space though i may have a cunning plan.
