Fuse 10 in the dash fuse panel is for "panel meters" while fuse 17 under the bonnet is for the front heater. Seems unlikely the two things are connected, especially if only fuel gause is not working. If fuse 10 has blown, then I'd expect all the gauges to be off. Good luck with it.

Put a location in your profile ,even a county will help. then if a bongoer is close to you thay may be able to have a look and even fix it for you. :D

I suspect these are not related as they are both common faults with the Bongo. Do a search for each -there is loads of info on the forums about both. Could be the heater reostat blown usually caused by a sticking fan -check both before putting in a new reostat or re-soldering your old one if possible and make sure the fan turns easily. The fuel gauge not working is often caused by bad earth.
