HI, fellow bongonaughts . I've had some trouble with my hold light coming on every so often {not all the time?}
After using the Transmission Fault Code Fact sheet I've found the problem to be Fault Code 63. This Indicates a problem with the TCC SOLENOID VALVE ...............
I hope someone can give Me a clue what a TCC is and where I can find it on my Bongo .
I haven't found anything like it so far ..
Thanks !

Thanks Pete n Sue , It seems that the TCC is Torque Converter Clutch . Which I guess is part of the gearbox . Thats about all I've found out so far .

It's in the auto gear box I don't know a lot about them
but from other posts it sounds like you may end up changing
the solenoid pack think there's 4 or 6 in the pack and it hides
inside the gear box but you can get at it via the gear box sump.
But first try all the wires and plugs around the gear box it may
just be a bad connection.

If you haven't got any local gearbox specialists, try ringing Dunnings Automatics in Weymouth on 01305783113, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Update .......
I got the TCC solenoid valve replaced by an auto gearbox repair company near me in Rochester for a hundred quid ! Thanks to all who offered help and advice . X PS , there's a Ford Freda auto freetop for sale on bluebell hill (a229) for three and a half grand ! I'd snap it up if I wasn't skint !! :lol:
