Can any one help, my Bongo has a LCD heater/ aircon panel which starts flashing after driving for about ten minutes, When this happens l cannot adust the temp,or turn the aircon off or on. If l turn the engine of and turn the ignition on the panel goes back to normal for about three seconds,Thanks Dave

Thought i'd bump this back to the top for you dave (welcome to bongo fury by the way

)
I don't have climate control on my bongo dave, so can't really comment, but i'm sure others with climate have suffered this in the past,and may be able to offer some help...

i have climate control but never come across this before, have you took it out and had a look at the conector bblock?, it sounds like a loose connection to me?
have you had a new radio put in at all recentley?, they may have tugged at the loom a bit and dislodged it a bit
to take it out prize off gentley the 2 plastic cover on the ends and push some radio clips down the holes or small screw driver ect and it will slide out
try clean the conectors, if this doest work try people breaking bongos on ebay, as it may be a faulty unit

Hi
if you hold the rear button for about 3 seconds it should revert back to normal, i'm not sure what mode it puts it into but the 3 second hold should put it back
cheers Dave

Whereabouts are you Dave? You might find a local owner who may be willing to let you try their switch panel.

Holding the rear button down for a few seconds gives you partial control of the rear system from the front ( you can't change temp), may be to do with that, switch may be sticky I guess?

yes but if you dont touch the controls for a few minutes it automatically turns the rear fuction off, so it still shouldnt flash

Ah, sorry Waycar8, this typo thing must be catchy!
Anyway, getting swiftly back on track, any news on whether davetheglass got it sorted?
